What is Character Building?

Requiring effort or endurance to a degree that strengthens or improves a person's character.

Some Times People thinks that Character Building Mean the behave of a single person and its going waste the behave of a society.

What Build the Character???

There are many Organizations across the globe that are working for character building as it is the main key to behavior of any society.
Now the question is that How can we Build the Character of any Person?
There are many Clues I find for this Question and I have merged them into 2 main Clauses.
1st: Educational Institutes.
2nd: Social Institutes.
Here, I have to point out that I know Educational Institutes are also known as Social Institutes but to clarify the Point CHARACTER BUILDING I have to Divide into 2 separate things.
Educational Institutes:
Educational Institutes plays very important role to build the character of any person. There are many Educational Institutes in every society such as School, College, Universities and Religious Organizations which led to Learn the Human for well being of the society. In my point of view there should be a special guidelines for character building in the shape of any book, booklet or something else that should be teach to the students must as well as other subjects.
This effort encourage the students to learn how they have to behave with other commodities of society. Every single student should learn the basic ethics course from the institute where he is getting education.
